Entries Entries may be sent on official CFA entry forms by regular mail, email, or fax. All fees must accompany entries. For email and fax entries, fees must be sent within 10 days of the entry to insure confirmation of entry. Make checks payable to Cat Fanciers of Washington, or send PayPal entries to meloncali@comcast.net. There are no additional fees for using email, fax, or PayPal. The fee for returned checks is $75. WAIVE SIGNATURE on overnight entries. 
The show will be held in the spacious Sportsplex Indoor Sports and Event Center, 221 Commonwealth Court Winchester, Va. 22602 (540-868-2200). The building is air conditioned and handicap accessible. No smoking is allowed in the show hall.
Benching / Show Hours Check-in is from 8:00am - 9:30am Saturday morning. Judging begins at 10:00am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday, unless otherwise announced. Advertised show hours are Saturday 10:00am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Awards Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded in each ring in accordance with CFA rules. Championship, premiership, and registered kittens whose numbers appear in the catalog will be scored for national/regional awards. Cages / Supplies / Food Cages are approximately 24”x24”x24”. New exhibitors should bring fabric and clips for the floor, sides, and tops of cages. Litter will be provided; bring your own litter pan. People food will be available. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THIS FACILITY. Agility Entry Agility entries are open to entered exhibitors for their entered cats or cats brought specifically for agility. You may pre-enter your agility cat using the entry form on the CFA Agility Web site or enter at the show. If the cat is not entered in the show and you pre-enter you will get one cage (single opening) with the entry. If you are not pre-entering and will need extra cages, be sure to order them with your show entry. If the cat IS entered in the show, it is an additional $10 to participate in agility with the cat and an extra opening is not provided. The certified agility ringmaster for the show is Carol Osborne. General Information All entries are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, and infectious illnesses. Cats and kittens should be inoculated for feline enteritis, rhino, and calici viruses and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws must be clipped. Declawed cats are not eligible to compete. No kitten under 4 months old will be allowed in the show hall. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the Show Rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, P.O. Box 1005, Manasquan, N.J. 08736-0805, or ordered online at www.cfa.org. Cat Fanciers of Washington reserves the right to substitute judges not listed on the flyer, if necessary. Cat Fanciers of Washington will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
